| All supplies are made subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Business. By ordering the goods the customer recognises these without exception. The German conditions and terms of payment are the only valid basis of an agreement. The English version is (only) translated accordingly. The basis of a contract is the German version of the General Terms and Conditions of Business. You have to confirm these on-line when placing an order. |

1. Exchange or right of return
Our products are excluded from exchange or return. The customer loses the right of revocation with the use or consumption of the goods.
2. Transportation
All risks of transporting the products to the customer are assumed by biobird. If a package should reach you damaged, please return it to us on a carriage forward basis. If possible, use the original packing.
3. Forwarding costs
Germany
Up to 99,99 € (gross value of goods): We charge a flat rate of 3,80 € as forwarding expenses We deliver freight paid for an order value in excess of 100,- € (gross value of goods).

4. Delivery
We deliver only as long as stocks are sufficient. Deliveries abroad are only possible after checking all fees.
5. Retention of title
The ordered goods remain the property of WEITZ-WASSERWELT until payment has been made in full.
6. Terms of payment, due date and delay of payment
Outside Germany and Austria: Prepayment
Inside Germany and Austria:
The ordered goods are delivered against immediate payment of the invoice upon receipt of the goods.
We reserve the right to deliver in special cases against prepayment or direct debit authorisation. In this case, the customer will be notified via e-mail.
